Our Team

Stuart founded Wallis in 1987 with Sue and has 35+ years of experience.

Stuart has shipping experience in all industries, and focusses on our large scale project shipments. He was also one of the founding partners in the WallaWalla agency network. He is also on the board of several industry groups including Suffolk Chamber of Commerce.

Sue founded Wallis Shipping in 1987 with her husband, Stuart.

Sue has expert knowledge of the machinery and construction logistics industry and works closely with clients in these areas on large projects. Sue specialises in Letter of Credit shipments and last year managed a full Customs inspection for one of our clients.

Favourite countries visited: Australia, Italy and Vietnam

Karen works collaboratively with the management team to deliver HR solutions that enhance the performance of the business.

Karen also manages Wallis’ recruitment, ISO, environmental issues, and health and safety.

Jenna oversees Wallis’ business development and agency networks. Jenna won the 2020 Young Freight Forwarder of the Year award and has since been on the board at BIFA. Jenna is currently working on our new sustainable logistics initiative Ship Green which offsets carbon emissions.

Charlie has a wealth of experience and handles Wallis Shipping’s key customer accounts to ensure our logistics services run as smooth as possible. She also manages a team based on-site with a client in Rugby, overseeing large project cargo, charter flights and charter shipments.

Nathalie joined the company in its infancy, and has worked at Wallis ever since.

Nathalie has over 30 years' experience and specialises in food logistics, managing one of Wallis’ largest on-site accounts in the confectionery industry. Nathalie is also overseeing our AEO status.

Dominique has over 30 years' experience in the freight industry and knows the ins and outs of everything project shipment related. She specialises in being able to offer customers with out of gauge, charter shipments and oversize cargo bespoke solutions.

Nataliya has been at Wallis for 12 years and is our on-the-ground Operations Manager for one of our UK manufacturing companies, looking after all the clients’ shipping needs. Alongside full time management, Nataliya studied Business in her spare time and has graduated with an MBA.

Favourite country visited: Ukraine and Italy

Marie has over 30 years of accountancy experience. Marie's role involves overseeing the accounts department and end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, reconciliations and producing management accounts and reports.

Favourite country visited: America

Richard has worked at Wallis Shipping for over 10 years. Richard handles quotes, letter of credit recommendations as well as imports, exports, cross trades, and domestic movements. Richard also carries out export customs clearances for our clients.
